SPVfraud.com is an initiative under WhyHow, Inc. References in these Terms to SPVfraud.com, “we,” “us,” or “our” include WhyHow, Inc. and its affiliates where the context requires.
Your conduct on the Site
When you use the Site, you agree not to:

- Use the Site to harass, defame, or harm any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our systems, or other users’ data
